V3 Carbon will be delivered within 7 – 10 days of placing an order.
First Batch of V4 is fully pre-booked and all the pre-orders before 30th June will be dispatched from 25th July 2024.
Next batch of V4 is open for pre-booking and will be dispatched from mid of August 2024.
We offer a 1 year warranty on our products. If the device has any issues during the warranty period, please contact us and we will initiate the return process. We will take the device back and ship you a new unit parallely. If the issue is not resolvable, we will provide you with a new unit. We always strive to provide our customers with the best service possible, and we hope to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
To return the product in case of any issues, You can contact us using the customer support available on Tohands mobile app. Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue and product condition, we will process the refund. Please note that the return process generally takes 5-10 days. We always strive to do the right thing for our customers, and we hope to provide you with a hassle-free return process.
