V3 Carbon will be delivered within 7 – 10 days of placing an order.
V4 will be open to delivery in the month of May 2024, where first priority will be given to
customers who have pre-booked the device and then waitlist customers.
We offer a 1 year warranty on our products. If the device has any issues during the warranty period, please contact us and we will initiate the return process. We will take the device back and ship you a new unit parallely. If the issue is not resolvable, we will provide you with a new unit. We always strive to provide our customers with the best service possible, and we hope to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
